These guys are great. They’re very affordable, do a great job, and were easy to work with. We’ve had them work on multiple issues in our home involving a leak in our basement, leak upstairs, and a garage door issue. They even dealt with the insurance company for us so that we didn’t have to. I highly recommend them and will plan on using them in the future.

We had a water softener installed awhile back (by someone else), every time it cycled it would flood our basement. We originally asked the person to come out and fix it, they said they would…for $100! I called RainFire this morning, not expecting to have our issue resolved or for anyone to come out and do an estimate today. To my surprise not only did Alan come out within an hour of my phone call, he fixed the problem and didn’t charge anywhere near what the previous person was going to charge!
